EDITORIAL processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Packages ship from our store in Montreal, Canada.
Currently we ship to the Canadian provinces Quebec and Ontario.
Orders over $100.00 receive Free Standard Canada Post Shipping
Orders under $100.00 are charged $8.00 for Standard Shipping
All purchases shipped will be charged using Canada Post rates. They will be tracked and delivery times will vary from 1-4 business days.
All sale items, shoes, swimwear, accessories, lingerie, bodysuits and some fine garments with delicate fabrics are final sale and cannot be returned.
EDITORIAL will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of item delivery as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. Customers will be granted a store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned. Any items not received back in the condition in which they were purchased will be returned. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

We will authorize your return and provide you with a Return Authorization # (RA#) that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return will be accepted without the correct RA#. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Return to sender packages: if your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to EDITORIAL by the courier, then we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
EDITORIAL reserves the right to refuse an order that it deems fraudulent or abusive.
We currently are not able to offer exchanges. While our stores remain closed to protect our employees and communities, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order.
If you receive a damaged item please contact EDITORIAL immediately.
EDITORIAL is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Courier companies hold full responsibility upon departure from the EDITORIAL shipping facility.
Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
